Appointment Time: Please be on time or 5 minutes early at most to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we will cancel your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
Payments: A $50 prepayment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The prepayment fee will be deducted from the final cost of the service.
Cancellations: 24 hour notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Less than 24 hours of notice or no-shows will result in losing your deposit. Please do your best to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will gladly find a time to reschedule.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for purchase in person or online. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
